Sofcat Glasgow Office Graphics
Having opened a new office right slap bang in the centre of Glasgow, Softcat invited us to design the interior graphics.
We were straight up there, not only was this a fantastic office space to work with, but the new Softcat team wanted to reflect this great iconic city in the typical Softcat fun style – music to our eyes!
We had quite a few different areas and surfaces to work with including; glazed walls, central pillars, meeting room & office walls, kitchen & break-out areas and also staff lockers.
Once the concepts & designs were approved we managed the whole project from print & production to installation.
We created a bespoke Softcat tartan using their corporate colours. The Softcat awards graphics were updated to give a Scottish twist.
We created these cad-cut vinyl graphics using the iconic Glasgow statue of the Duke of Wellington as reference.
Using the Softcat coloured lines we created the Loss Ness design, covering the whole of this staff break-out area with cad-cut vinyls.
We decorated all the central pillars in the office using the company's corporate colour pallete and used subtle Scottish slang fun words & phrases.
We created the original Softcat company timeline design back in 2011, since then it has been added to dramatically year-on-year as the company has successfully grown. Here it is applied to staff lockers and office pillars.
The meeting rooms were all Glasgow themed, we used photographic landmark images to cover back walls and cad-cut frosted graphics on the office glazing.
In the kitchen area we produced a magentic dry-wipe notice board using the Glasgow skyline as a frame. The departure incentive graphics were produced on foamex and baton mounted.
Cad-cut frosted vinyls were used on the boardroom glazing to give privacy. The pillar treatment has been used in other regional offices - giving visual connection between the different offices.
Loss Ness break-out area graphic were produced in cad-cut vinyls.
